Hello!

Welcome I am pleased you have found me.  I love creating space for people to slow down, connect, move, reflect and be inspired.   

 

Yoga, Breathwork and Meditation can provide us with the tools we need to navigate a our life's and generate a greater sense of connection to ourselves and this world we live in.    When we decide to bring these practices into our lives they can transform how we feel, reducing stress, creating vitality in the body and generating an overall greater sense or purpose and wellbeing.  

 

I love nature and being outdoors and I have discovered that a strong connection to the land around us gives a greater feeling of belonging.  It creates a stillness in the body and mind when we connect with intention and mindfulness.   Creating a space for Yoga on our family farm was a natural progression for me to share these practices in nature.

The Tipi is located on our family farm and provides a space surrouned by nature to practice Yoga.  We also offer drumming circles, and other wellnesss events
