If you’re craving steadiness, softness, and better sleep - you’re in the right place.
This isn’t about doing yoga “perfectly.” It’s about feeling more at home in your body and more supported in your life.
Maybe you’re carrying stress in your shoulders and jaw. Maybe your mind stays switched on at night. Maybe you know you need rest, but you don’t know how to get there anymore. Yoga with Esther is a space to slow down and build real-life tools: breathwork to steady you, movement to release what your body holds, and meditation to help you listen again. You’ll be guided with warmth, clarity, and options—so you can meet yourself where you are and still feel progress.
You can expect:
Accessible movement that supports your body (not punishes it)
Breathwork that calms your nervous system
Relaxation practices you can use at bedtime, at work, or mid-overwhelm
My Story
I have been practicing yoga in its many forms for nearly 30 years, although yoga has been part of my life for as long as I can remember as my mum was a yoga teacher for nearly 40 years. I had always wanted to teach yoga but was never brave enough to make that leap, finally 14 years ago I qualified as a Yoga teacher and round a growing family I have been teaching ever since.
I really believe that Yoga is for everyone, flexibility is not important its about showing up on our mats however we are feeling and letting the practice of yoga just happen. When we let go of all expectations of what our practice should be that is when the real magic happens. We start to feel into the movement, the breath and and even on our worst days the practice of yoga creates a shift sometime small, sometimes big but always in a positive way.
I really believe its important to learn how to slow down and relax, this is not something our society really teaches us or encourages. Its not just relaxing with friends, a movie or glass wine at the end of the day but a deeper relaxation that brings a greater sense of vitality and freedom that I have only found I can reach when I meditate or use breathing exercises.
I don't think I will ever stop being amazed at how even doing a little bit of yoga and meditation can transform my day.
My practice has evolved over the years but has always been a source of support and a time for reflection throughout my life. I am fascinated by the natural world and how it can support us on our journey through life. I use herbs and forage on our farm as a way to improve my health and gain a deeper connection to mother earth. I love being outdoors round a fire, in circle and community, enjoying a cuppa or coming together to drum. The creation of the space we have created on our family farm to offer yoga classes outdoors was something I had wanted to do for many years. I always find being outdoors deepens my connection myself and can provide the space for insights and awareness that has a positive affect on my life.
I’m Esther, and I’ve always wanted my work to make a practical difference in people’s lives.
Yoga, meditation, and Breathwork helped me meet stress in a way that was real - not just “positive thinking,” but tools I could actually use in my body. Over time, I noticed something else: we’re not meant to do this alone. That’s why community is part of this work, and why nature is too—because being outside, grounded, and together changes us. Whether you practice with me online, in class, in workshop space, or through SLEEPWELL RITUALS, my hope is that you reconnect to the magic of life - quietly, steadily, in your own way.
I teach in a way that makes movement and relaxation accessible to everyone. I believe rest is a skill you can learn, and calm is something you can practice—especially when life is full. Nature is not a luxury; it’s support. And community is medicine, too. You don’t need to be fixed—you need space, tools, and consistency.
